I registered on a Free Plan but can’t find the links I created before?

If you created TinyURL links without signing in, these links are only associated with your browser session. That means if you clear your cache, switch devices, or lose access to your current browser, those links may disappear.

To keep everything safe and easy to access, we recommend always creating links while logged into your TinyURL account. That way, they’re stored securely and available from any device. Plus, with a paid plan, you’ll also get extras like analytics, editing, and link management.

If you create links without logging in, you can import those links into your account by following these steps:

• Open the browser you originally used to create the links
• Verify in your My URLs that the links are there
• Log in to your TinyURL account — your links will be imported automatically.

⚠️ Heads-up: If your links don’t show up in the browser’s My URLs list, they can’t be recovered.
